medicine, or other health-related services offered in clinics, onsite at
employers, or remotely. Availability of services, pricing, and eligibility

specific consent forms, financial agreements, and program documents that you
sign at the time of service, which will control in the event of a conflict with
these Terms.

8A. SMS Messaging Terms
By enrolling in SMS communications from BioFunctional Health Solutions patient programs, you agree to receive text messages related to our services. Message types may include appointment reminders, account notifications, wellness updates, promotional offers, and support messages.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting “STOP” to the number from which you received messages. After texting STOP, you will receive one confirmation message and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, you must sign up again through the Site or one of our program enrollment forms.

10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BHS and its
officers, directors, employees, and agents are not liable for any indirect,

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or
