Elbow Trigger Points

Use your thumb to push into the area of the bone on the inner elbow. When you find a tender spot, use you elbow or a lacrosse ball to push into that spot. Hold it for 20 seconds. Repeat 3 times, taking a 30 second break between. There may be multiple areas of sensitivity, Take your time and find as many of these as you can, repeating the same treatment for each spot.
