Tricep Extension

  1. Sit in a comfortable stable chair with no arm rest
  2. Place the weight in the affected hand and raise the arm above the head                            and bend the elbow so that the weight is behind the shoulder. 
  3. Straighten the elbow to raise the weight slowly to a count of 6.
  4. Lower the weight back to the starting position to a count of 3.
  5. Repeat 10 times.
