Procedure

Sit comfortably in a chair facing forward. Bring the arms up in front of your body and cross them over one another with the elbows bent. Slowly rotate the spine to the right as far as you can go. Note how far as you can go and how it feels. Make note of any areas of discomfort or tightness through the motion. Come back to the starting position. Slowly rotate the spine to the left as far as you can go. Note how far as you can go and how it feels. Make note of any areas of discomfort or tightness through the motion. Come back to the starting position.
