Let’s work from the top down to bring the standing posture back to normal. Stand up straight and bring your head and neck back. Drop and pull the shoulders back to relax them. This will also help you take some of the curve out of the upper back. Next, focus on the low back. Most people round the whole spine forward throughout the day. If so, stand up tall and take the forward lean out of the low back to help restore it’s natural curvature. If your low back is pushed too far forward, rotate your pelvis back some to help bring the lumbar curve closer to normal.
